Dheeraj is the CEO at Webovate. Dheeraj has been associated with diverse businesses during his career. His strengths include building teams from the very beginning coupled with organizational and leadership skills. He has driven the business development activities for Webovate which boasts of working with numerous clients ranging from startups to mid-sized international firms to large corporations. Dheeraj has been actively involved in setting up software development and research teams for clients/ partners all over the world. He was also a stake holder in Escalade Intellectual Property Services LLP which is into intellectual property services.
Ranjith Haridas
Ranjith is the CTO at Webovate. Ranjith brings in 8 years of valuable technology expertise .Ranjith loves hardcore programming working with different Java related platforms. Some of Ranjith’s technology expertise comprises Java, J2EE, Groovy, Grails, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Python, PHP, HTML, CssJava Script, JQuery, AWS, Hadoop, NoSQL, Android and IOS. Ranjith has worked on platforms pertaining to Telecommunication, Retail and Recruitment domains.
Ranjith is very meticulous in whatever he does with a keen attention to detail. If you dont find him coding, then you can safely assume that hes with his camera snapping up the best sceneries or trekking over mountains.

Kritin is the Director of sales at Webovate Solutions. He has over 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Business Development. He excels at establishing effective working relationships and helps C-Level executives improve efficiency. He also helps organizations transform their customer experience and builds a USP through technology.
Kritin is a huge sports freak and loves the outdoors. Kritin infuses the postive energy which combines work with fun.

Martin Vogelsang
Martin has obtained a PhD in Business Ethics from “Universitaet Eichstaett” (Germany). In his thesis he analyzed the principal-agent-relationships between banks and their external stakeholders and the economic impact of information asymmetries. As a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences and the “Berlin School of Economics and Law” he has been focussing on the political and legal aspects of “Transparency and Accountability in the Non profit Sector”. After a long-standing career in the private banking business and as a management consultant Martin later began to focus on organisational development, capacity building and accountability (impact measurement) in the European non-profit sector. Martin is currently the Country Director India at FemS3.
